Can't Pay, We'll Take it Away is a British documentary television series that follows the work of High Court Enforcement Officers as they deal with individuals who are unable to pay their debts. The show's second season follows the same format as the first, with each episode featuring different debt collection cases.

In episode two, viewers are introduced to Enforcement Agent Paul Bohill and his colleague Steve Pinner. The pair is tasked with collecting an outstanding debt of over £8,000 for a council tax bill from a young couple living in South London. The couple is a young family with a newborn baby, and they are struggling to make ends meet.

Paul and Steve arrive at the couple's home in the early morning and knock on the door. When the couple answers, they are informed of the outstanding council tax bill. The couple is visibly distressed and explains that they have been unable to pay as they are both on the minimum wage and are struggling to make ends meet with the arrival of their new baby. They also mention that they have tried to make payment arrangements with the council but have been unsuccessful.

Paul and Steve empathize with the couple's situation but explain that they have a job to do. After taking an inventory of the couple's belongings, they inform them that they will be back in a few days to take possession of goods if the debt is not paid or arrangements are not made.

The couple decides to seek legal advice, and with the help of a solicitor, they manage to negotiate a payment plan with the council. After the successful resolution of the case, Paul and Steve return to the couple's home to inform them that their possessions will not be collected, and the debt has been settled. The couple is visibly relieved and grateful for the help they received.

Next up, Paul and Steve are tasked with collecting an outstanding debt of £400 for unpaid parking tickets from a man who lives in a housing project in South London. The man, who is in his late 40s, has a history of drug addiction and is currently unemployed. The pair arrives at the man's home, and after explaining the debt's nature, they ask if he is aware of the debt.

The man admits he knew of the unpaid parking tickets but didn't realize it had reached such a high amount. He explains that he is unemployed and unable to make the payment. Paul and Steve try to empathize with the man's situation and try to make an arrangement with him. However, as the man is unemployed and has no assets, they are unable to reach an agreement.

After several unsuccessful attempts to make arrangements, the enforcement officers are left with no option but to take possession of the man's belongings. They start with his motorbike, which is worth around £1,500, and later take possession of his television, computer, and other items. The man is visibly upset, and Paul and Steve try to console him.

The third case features Enforcement Agent Delroy Anglin and his colleague Brian Walker as they attempt to collect an outstanding debt of over £7,000 from a hair salon in South London. The salon's owner is a middle-aged woman who has been in business for over 30 years.

When Delroy and Brian arrive at the salon, they explain the nature of the debt, but the salon owner disputes it, saying that it's incorrect. She requests that they give her time to sort out the issue. The officers agree to give her time but inform her that they will be back in a week's time to collect the debt if the issue is not resolved.

A week later, Delroy and Brian return to the salon but are unable to resolve the dispute. The officers are left with no option but to take possession of salon equipment, including hairdryers, scissors, and chairs. The salon owner is visibly upset but eventually concedes defeat.

In conclusion, the second episode of Can't Pay, We'll Take it Away follows the same format as the first, with each case presenting the enforcement officers with unique challenges. The episode highlights the difficulties facing individuals and businesses in financial distress and the difficult decisions that enforcement agents must make.
