Amanda Beard is an Olympic gold medalist, while Heidi and Spencer Pratt are a reality TV couple known for their drama-filled antics. In this episode of Celebrity Wife Swap, Amanda and Heidi switch lives for two weeks.

Amanda is used to a life of discipline and dedication as an athlete, while Heidi indulges in a lifestyle of luxury and excess. The two women switch places and have to adapt to each other's lifestyles and family dynamics.
