Ep 8. Disappear from This World

In Children of the Whales season 1 episode 8, titled "Disappear from This World," tensions rise as the Mud Whale faces a new challenge. The arrival of outside visitors, including Lykos and Ouni's former captors, bring new threats and challenges to the fragile peace of the Mud Whale.
As the visitors demand a decision regarding the Mud Whale's future, the residents of the island struggle to come to a consensus. Some, like Chakuro, believe that their home should be relocated to a safer location. Others, like Suou, are determined to stay and protect their way of life.
Meanwhile, Lykos grapples with her own conflicted feelings towards the Mud Whale and its inhabitants. As she spends more time with the residents and learns about their culture, she begins to question the beliefs of her own people and whether or not their actions are just.
As tensions escalate and alliances are tested, the residents of the Mud Whale must come together to face this new challenge. Will they be able to remain united in the face of danger, or will the arrival of outside forces tear them apart? Find out in "Disappear from This World."
