Ep 7. Attack Cornelia

In the seventh episode of Code Geass - Lelouch Of The Rebellion, titled "Attack Cornelia," tensions between the Britannian Empire and the Japanese resistance continue to escalate. The episode picks up immediately following the events of the previous episode, in which Lelouch and Suzaku were trapped in a warehouse by Cornelia and her troops. Lelouch manages to use his Geass to order Suzaku to come up with a plan to escape, and they successfully evade the Britannian soldiers.

Meanwhile, the resistance is struggling to come up with a plan to fight back against Britannia's overwhelming military power. As they prepare to launch an attack on one of Britannia's key bases, Kallen, one of the members of the resistance, is worried about Lelouch's safety. She confronts him and demands to know why he's risking his life for their cause. Lelouch explains that he has his own motivations for wanting to take down Britannia and that he believes in the resistance's cause.

The attack on the base goes poorly, and the resistance is quickly overwhelmed by Britannia's superior firepower. However, Lelouch comes up with a plan to turn the tide of the battle. He uses his Geass to control the mind of a Britannian soldier and order him to pilot a Knightmare Frame, the powerful robots used by Britannia in battle. Lelouch then uses the stolen Knightmare Frame to single-handedly take down several of Britannia's forces.

As the battle rages on, Lelouch's identity is almost exposed when he comes face-to-face with Cornelia herself. However, he manages to elude her and continue fighting. In the end, the resistance is able to retreat to safety, thanks to Lelouch's efforts.

Throughout the course of the episode, we learn more about Lelouch's motivations and backstory. We see flashbacks of his childhood, where he lived as a prince in the Britannian Empire. We learn that Lelouch and his sister Nunnally were sent to Japan as hostages, where they witnessed the cruelty of Britannia's rule firsthand. Lelouch's experiences in Japan are what eventually lead him to become involved in the resistance movement.

Overall, "Attack Cornelia" is an action-packed episode that provides a deeper look into the character of Lelouch and his motivations for taking on the Britannian Empire. The episode also sets the stage for future confrontations between Lelouch and Cornelia, as their paths continue to cross throughout the series.
