In season 6 episode 3 of Conan, host Conan O'Brien welcomes three guests to the show: Jesse Eisenberg, Lou Diamond Phillips, and Six Strong Soldiers.

Jesse Eisenberg, known for his roles in films such as The Social Network and Zombieland, sits down with Conan to discuss his latest project, which he wrote and directed, called The Art of Self-Defense. The film is a dark comedy about a man who learns martial arts in order to defend himself from a group of thugs. Eisenberg shares some behind-the-scenes stories from the making of the film and talks about the challenges and rewards of writing and directing his own work.

Next up is Lou Diamond Phillips, who is promoting his new TV series, Prodigal Son. Phillips plays a detective on the show, which follows a criminal profiler who uses his unique insight to help solve crimes. Phillips talks about his character and how he approaches playing a cop, as well as some of the more intense scenes he has filmed for the show. He and Conan also reminisce about their previous encounters and share some funny stories from past interviews.

Finally, Conan welcomes Six Strong Soldiers, a group of veterans who compete in bodybuilding contests. The group's founder, a Marine veteran named Kenneth Leverich, explains how he got into bodybuilding after leaving the military and how he started the group as a way to support and motivate other veterans. Leverich and his fellow soldiers share some of their training and nutrition tips and talk about the mental and physical benefits of bodybuilding.

Throughout the episode, there are plenty of laughs and shenanigans, including a game where Eisenberg and Phillips have to guess the word Conan is pantomiming. Six Strong Soldiers also demonstrate their strength by doing push-ups with Conan sitting on their backs. Overall, the episode is a fun and entertaining mix of celebrity interviews and inspiring stories of resilience and strength.
