In season 2, episode 3 of Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura, entitled "Wall Street," the former governor and professional wrestler-turned-conspiracy theorist delves into the world of high finance. Ventura seeks to expose the corrupt practices that pervade Wall Street and investigates claims that the recent financial collapse was a planned event orchestrated by a powerful elite.

Ventura begins his exploration of Wall Street by meeting with several experts in the field of finance and economics. One such expert is Max Keiser, a former stockbroker and the host of the Keiser Report, a financial news program. Keiser alleges that the collapse of the housing market was not a result of market fluctuations, but rather a purposeful move by major banks to cash in on the subprime mortgage bubble. According to Keiser, these banks packaged subprime mortgages into securities and sold them to unwitting investors with the knowledge that they were toxic assets.

The former governor also speaks with Nomi Prins, a former managing director at Goldman Sachs, to gain insight into the inner workings of Wall Street. Prins alleges that many of the practices that led to the financial crisis were the result of deregulation and lax oversight from government agencies. She also claims that the response from the government was to bail out the banks responsible for the collapse, rather than to hold them accountable for their actions.

Ventura also explores the concept of high-frequency trading (HFT), a technique used by some firms to execute trades at incredibly fast speeds, giving them an advantage over other investors. He meets with Sal Arnuk and Joe Saluzzi, two experts who wrote the book "Broken Markets," to discuss the potential dangers of HFT. The pair alleges that HFT is a rigged game, designed to allow a select few powerful traders to make vast amounts of money at the expense of others.

Throughout the episode, Ventura also investigates the role of the Federal Reserve and its chairman, Ben Bernanke. He raises questions about the legitimacy of the Fed's role in controlling the nation's money supply and questions whether the institution is really working in the best interests of the American people.

As with all episodes of Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura, the tone is confrontational and the allegations are bold. Ventura is unafraid to ask tough questions and challenge conventional wisdom. Whether or not viewers agree with his beliefs, there is no denying that the episode offers a thought-provoking and eye-opening look at the world of high finance.
