Ep 1. A Stitch in Time

In the premiere episode of Continuum, titled "A Stitch in Time," we are introduced to Kiera Cameron, a cop from the year 2077 who is sent back in time along with a group of terrorists after a failed mission. She manages to escape from custody and tracks down the terrorists who were also sent back in time with her. Their leader, a man named Edouard Kagame, informs Kiera that they are members of a group called Liber8, which was created in the future to fight against what they saw as a totalitarian government.

Kiera's main priority is to capture Kagame and his cohorts and prevent them from altering the timeline. She teams up with present-day detective Carlos Fonnegra, who is initially skeptical of Kiera's story but eventually comes to believe in her after witnessing her advanced technology in action.

As Kiera and Carlos investigate Liber8's plans, they are led to a company called SadTech, which is developing a powerful new software that could have far-reaching consequences. Kiera discovers that SadTech's CEO, Alec Sadler, is actually a young prodigy who will go on to become one of the most influential figures in her own time period.

The episode ends with Kiera seemingly having located Kagame and the other members of Liber8, but her mission becomes even more complicated when she learns that her husband and son are still alive in this time period. She is faced with a difficult decision: continue to pursue her goal of returning to the future, or attempt to rebuild her relationship with her family in the present.

Overall, "A Stitch in Time" sets the stage for the rest of the series with its intriguing premise, action-packed scenes, and complex characters.
