Fiz is interviewed by the police. Steve tells Becky he loves her and begs her to give their marriage another chance. Fiz swears the first she knew of Colin Fishwick's death was when she found John with the body in the factory. Carla and Owen are furious when the police cordon off the factory saying it's a scene of crime. Norris is in his element as the police swarm round the factory. Rita likens him to Miss Marple. The police take Fiz to the canal and ask her to pinpoint whereabouts John disposed of Colin's body. Dev and Sunita take Upma and Grishma to Nick's Bistro for dinner. However when Dev's card is refused, Sunita decides it's time to come clean and explains how they've no money and the house they live in is their only home. Chesney's worried sick about Fiz. Katy comforts him and reckons the best way to help is to look after baby Hope for her. The police bring further charges against Fiz for fraud and obtaining money by deception. Fiz is stunned. Becky tells Steve it's over between them. She hands him her wedding ring and leaves. Fiz cries alone in her police cell.
