Courtney continues her search for members to join her newly-formed Justice Society of America. After learning about a high school student named Cameron Mahkent whose father was Icicle, one of the most notorious villains of the Injustice Society of America, Courtney decides to befriend him, hoping that he can join their team.

Meanwhile, Barbara, Courtney's mother, confronts Jordan Mahkent, Cameron's father, about the death of her former boss, and suspects that there's something more to the incident than what had been reported.
