Ep 4. Is Solitary Fun?

In Demon King Daimao season 1 episode 4, titled "Is Solitary Fun?," Akuto Sai finds himself in a precarious situation. After being accused of being a pervert by Korone, he is sentenced to solitary confinement by the school's disciplinary committee. Despite his protests, Akuto is thrown into a cell with no windows and no way to communicate with the outside world.

At first, Akuto relishes the chance to be alone and reflect on his recent actions. However, after several days of isolation, he begins to go stir-crazy. His only source of entertainment is a small television in his cell, but he quickly grows bored of the limited channels available. Akuto's only solace comes in the form of a mysterious girl who appears to him in his dreams.

Meanwhile, Keena Soga struggles to come to terms with her feelings for Akuto. She is conflicted between wanting to be his friend and feeling a deep attraction towards him. Her inner turmoil is compounded when she meets Junko Hattori, the student council president who also happens to be Akuto's childhood friend.

As the days drag on, Akuto's mental state continues to deteriorate. He begins experiencing vivid hallucinations and eventually, he snaps. He uses his powers to break out of his cell and goes on a rampage, destroying everything in his path. The other students are terrified of him, and even Junko is hesitant to approach him.

Just when all seems lost, Keena steps in. Her compassion and understanding towards Akuto calm him down, and he returns to his senses. Junko and the others begin to see him in a new light, realizing that he's not the monster they accused him of being.

In the end, Akuto is able to reconcile with his friends, and he and Keena grow closer than ever before. Though he's still the Demon King, Akuto learns that he doesn't have to be alone.
