Ep 1. Walk In Progress

In the season 2 premiere of Dog: Impossible, professional dog trainer Matt Beisner is tasked with helping a couple and their rescue dog, a Great Dane named Vinnie. Vinnie has a history of aggression towards strangers and other dogs, making walks nearly impossible for his owners.

As Matt begins his evaluation of Vinnie and the couple's living situation, he discovers that Vinnie's aggression may be stemming from a lack of structure and leadership in the household. Matt works with the couple to establish clear rules and boundaries for Vinnie, as well as teaching them the proper way to communicate with and train their dog.

But the real test comes when it's time to take Vinnie on a walk in a busy city park, filled with both people and other dogs. Will Vinnie be able to handle the stimulation and remain calm, or will his aggression flare up again?

Throughout the episode, Matt also provides insights into his own personal journey as a dog trainer, sharing his experiences and the techniques he's learned along the way. This adds a deeper layer to the show, as viewers get to know the man behind the canine successes.
