The first patient we meet is Amanda, who has been battling severe eczema for years. Her skin is incredibly dry, inflamed, and itchy, which has taken a significant toll on her quality of life. Amanda is embarrassed to leave the house and constantly worries about what others think of her appearance. She meets with Dr. Dawn Harper, who provides her with a treatment plan and prescriptions to help soothe her skin and manage her eczema going forward.

Next up is Rob, who has been experiencing severe pain and discomfort in his testicles. He explains that the pain started suddenly and has only gotten worse over time. Rob is nervous to seek medical attention, but Dr. Christian Jessen reassures him that it's important to get to the root of the problem. After a thorough examination, Dr. Jessen refers Rob to a specialist for further testing and treatment.

Finally, we meet Louise, who has been struggling with urinary incontinence for years. She explains that she experiences leakage when she laughs, coughs, or sneezes, which has made it difficult to go out in public or exercise. Throughout the episode, we also see Dr. Dawn Harper and Dr. Christian Jessen working together to help a young man who has been dealing with excessive facial hair growth. They explain the condition, which is called hirsutism, and provide him with options for hair removal.
