In Family Guy season 9 episode 11, titled "German Guy," the Griffins meet a new neighbor named Franz Gutentag who is from Germany. Initially, the family is thrilled to welcome their new neighbor, but quickly become suspicious of Franz's intentions when he starts to exhibit some strange behavior.

Peter becomes especially paranoid, convinced that Franz is a Nazi who wants to take over the world. He sets out to investigate Franz and his past, and gets the whole family involved in his pursuit. Meanwhile, Stewie develops a crush on Franz and tries to get closer to him. Brian, on the other hand, tries to play mediator between Peter and Franz, but soon finds himself caught up in the chaos.

As the episode progresses, viewers learn more about Franz's past and what really happened in Germany during World War II. There are several hilarious moments throughout the episode – including a hilarious musical number – as the Griffins try to unravel the mystery surrounding their new neighbor.

In true Family Guy fashion, there are also several pop culture references and jokes peppered throughout the episode. There are nods to classic films like Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, as well as jokes about the relationship between Germany and France.

Overall, "German Guy" is another hilarious episode of Family Guy that showcases the show's irreverent sense of humor. Fans of the series will enjoy seeing the Griffins interact with their new neighbor, and there are plenty of laughs to be had throughout the episode.
