Flip and Flap are playing chess when a boy puts the new aquarium in his room. Flap and Flip are curious with the new fish. It's a baloonfish, not an ordinary baloonfish but a very naughty one. It caused a lot of troubles for Flip and Flap. They try to stop him from being a trouble maker.
