From The Old Stables to Dent Station is the third episode of the seventh season of the popular British reality show, Four in a Bed. In this episode, four sets of B&B owners take turns to stay with each other and critique each other's establishments, before awarding a score based on their experiences. The winner is the B&B with the highest overall score at the end of the week.

The first B&B to be visited is From The Old Stables, owned by couple Karen and Graham, located in the village of West Hallam in Derbyshire. The B&B is set in a converted stable block and boasts a contemporary and stylish design. Karen and Graham pride themselves on their warm welcome and delicious breakfasts, cooked using locally-sourced ingredients. The guests are impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms and the little extras, such as fresh flowers and homemade biscuits.

Next up is The Stables at Henham Park in Suffolk, owned by couple Fiona and Jim. The B&B is set in a converted stable block within the grounds of a country estate and features luxurious touches such as a hot tub and private cinema. The guests are blown away by the opulence of the property and enjoy a private screening of a classic film. However, there are some issues with cleanliness in the rooms which leave some of the guests less than impressed.

The third B&B is Stonecroft Country Guest House, situated in the picturesque village of Dent in the Yorkshire Dales. The B&B is owned by couple Clive and Joy and boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The guests are taken on a scenic walk around the local area and enjoy a sumptuous afternoon tea on their return. However, some of the guests find the property a little dated and lacking in certain amenities.

The final B&B is Dent Station Tearooms and B&B, located in a beautifully restored station house on the Settle-Carlisle Railway line. The B&B is run by couple Mike and Christine and has a charming, vintage feel, with authentic railway memorabilia on display. The guests are given a tour of the train station and even get to sit in the driver's seat of a steam train. The food is also a highlight, with delicious homemade cakes and a hearty breakfast. However, there are some issues with the heating in some of the rooms, which leave the guests feeling a little chilly.

After each visit, the B&B owners come together for an evening meal and to discuss their experiences. There are some tense moments as the guests critique each other's establishments, but there are also plenty of laughs and light-hearted moments. The scoring system leads to some surprises, with some of the B&Bs scoring much higher or lower than expected.

Overall, From The Old Stables to Dent Station is a charming and entertaining episode of Four in a Bed, showcasing the many different styles and personalities of B&B owners across the UK. It's a must-watch for anyone interested in hospitality or just looking for some light-hearted entertainment.
