Ep 13. Sisterly Love

In Full House season 1 episode 13, titled "Sisterly Love," the Tanner household is overrun with drama when Danny's sister, Wendy, comes to visit. Wendy has not spoken to their other sister, Connie, in years, and Danny hopes to use her visit as an opportunity to reconcile them. However, things go awry when Wendy starts criticizing everyone's lifestyles and tries to turn the family against each other.

At the start of the episode, Danny is looking forward to Wendy's visit and reminiscing about old times with his daughters. Wendy reveals that Connie stole her fiancé years ago, and they have not spoken since. She insists that she is over it, but her bitterness is apparent.

As the family prepares for a night out, Wendy criticizes everyone's clothes and attitudes. She tells Stephanie that her outfit is too revealing, calls D.J. a "know-it-all," and grills Joey about his career choices. Danny tries to brush off her comments, but it becomes clear that Wendy has been harboring resentment towards the entire family for years. At dinner, Wendy tries to turn the conversation towards Connie and accuses Danny of taking her side. She storms out of the restaurant, leaving the family in shock.

The next day, Danny tries to talk to Wendy about her behavior, but she refuses to apologize. Meanwhile, Stephanie and D.J. decide to take matters into their own hands and try to set up a meeting between Wendy and Connie. They reach out to Connie and convince her to come to the house, but Wendy is less than thrilled to see her. The sisters argue, and Wendy accuses Connie of stealing everything she has ever had. Just when it seems like they will never reconcile, Danny steps in and reminds them of the love they have for each other as siblings. The sisters hug it out and make amends.

In the B-plot of the episode, Jesse and Joey spend the day bonding over their love of Elvis Presley. Jesse is excited to take Joey to an Elvis impersonator contest, but when they arrive, they find out that the impersonators are all terrible. Joey ends up taking the stage to perform his own Elvis impression, which impresses the audience and makes Jesse proud.

Overall, "Sisterly Love" is a heartwarming episode about the power of forgiveness and family. While Wendy's behavior is initially difficult to watch, her redemption arc is satisfying and demonstrates how important it is to let go of grudges and come together as a unit. The B-plot adds some lighthearted humor to the episode and showcases the great chemistry between Jesse and Joey. Fans of Full House will not want to miss this episode.
