Ep 17. Danny's Very First Date

In Full House season 1 episode 17 titled "Danny's Very First Date", Danny Tanner is excited as he has landed a date with a beautiful woman named Denise. Denise is a sports fan just like Danny and he has been wanting to ask her out for a long time. However, Danny gets nervous about the date and starts getting all sorts of odd advice on how to handle the situation.

DJ and Stephanie, Danny's daughters, are excited for him, but they are also nervous about meeting their father's date. They have looked forward to helping him out with the date, but Danny is hesitant to have them around. Meanwhile, Joey offers his own unique advice to Danny, not realizing how peculiar it is.

At home, Joey, Jesse, and Danny have a boys night where Danny confesses his nerves. The trio decides to help Danny out by practicing his conversational skills on Stephanie's Barbie dolls. The practice turns out to be hilarious, with each of them taking on a different personality for the doll.

On the day of the date, things start to crumble as Denise wants to bring her young son along for the dinner. Danny is hesitant as he has never had to deal with a child on a date before. Upon seeing Denise's son, Danny's first impression is that the boy is adorable, but things quickly become complicated. Joey, Jesse, and Danny try their best to entertain Denise's son, but it proves to be challenging. The challenge is made even greater when they end up in a diner with a noisy jukebox and Danny's conversation is interrupted frequently.

Despite the series of events, Danny still perseveres and asks Denise out again. Denise is delighted with the invitation and agrees to another date. Meanwhile, DJ and Stephanie are thrilled that the date went well, and Danny learns that sometimes, it is best to just be himself.
