Ep 9. Supercharging The Supernatural

In Ghost Mine season 2 episode 9, titled "Supercharging The Supernatural," the Paranormal and Engineering teams are feeling the pressure as the mine is nearing the end of its operation. With only a few remaining days to find any definitive evidence of the paranormal, things are getting tense and emotions are running high.

The Paranormal team starts off the episode by conducting an EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) session in the mine's first adit. In this session, they hope to capture the voices of any spirits that might be lingering in the area. As they analyze the recording, they hear what appears to be multiple voices speaking at once, but are unsure if it's just interference from the equipment or actual paranormal activity.

Next, the Engineering team is called in to investigate some strange readings on their equipment. They believe that there could be a possible gas leak in the mine, which could be responsible for some of the paranormal activity. However, after a thorough investigation, they find no evidence of a gas leak and are forced to conclude that the readings were most likely caused by the surrounding minerals in the area.

The Paranormal team then decides to try a new approach by conducting a seance in the mine. Using a pendulum and a ouija board, they attempt to communicate with any spirits that may be present. During the seance, they hear knocking noises and feel cold spots around them, which they believe could be signs of paranormal activity.

The Engineering team then tries a new tactic as well by utilizing ground-penetrating radar to scan deeper into the mine. They hope to find any hidden artifacts or tunnels that may have been sealed off over the years. However, the results are inconclusive and they are left with more questions than answers.

As the time ticks down, tensions rise higher and higher. The Paranormal team decides to regroup and come up with a new plan. They decide to use a Tesla coil to create an electromagnetic field that could potentially attract any spirits in the area. If successful, they hope to capture visual evidence of the paranormal activity.

Finally, the moment of truth arrives as they activate the Tesla coil. The results are shocking as they witness orbs of light and other unexplained phenomena appearing before their eyes. The Paranormal team is convinced that they have finally found definitive evidence, but the Engineering team remains skeptical. They believe that the Tesla coil could have created electromagnetic interference that caused the visual anomalies.

In the end, both teams are left with more questions than answers. The mine may be closing, but the mystery of the paranormal activity remains unsolved. Was it all just a coincidence, or is there truly something supernatural lurking in the deep, dark tunnels of the mine? Only time and further investigation will reveal the truth.
