Ep 3. Unexpected Visitors

In episode 3 of GOBLIN SLAYER, titled "Unexpected Visitors," a group of adventurers led by a powerful warrior named Sword Maiden seek the Goblin Slayer's help in eliminating a large number of goblins that have taken over a fortress. Despite his reservations about working with other adventurers, the Goblin Slayer agrees to join them on their mission.

Through his reconnaissance, he discovers that the goblins have a prisoner, a young girl who they plan to use for their brutal rituals.

Determined to save the girl, the Goblin Slayer puts his plan into action, swiftly taking down the goblin guards and freeing the prisoner. But as they make their escape, they are once again ambushed by the goblins, forcing the Goblin Slayer and the girl to take refuge in a cavern deep within the fortress.

As they hide from the goblins, the Goblin Slayer and the girl bond over their shared experiences of trauma and loss. It is a rare moment of vulnerability for the usually stoic Goblin Slayer, and it shows a glimpse of the emotional depth behind his relentless pursuit of goblins.

Meanwhile, the other adventurers have gone ahead with the mission without the Goblin Slayer, and find themselves in a precarious situation as they face off against the goblin horde. But just as it seems like all hope is lost, the Goblin Slayer and the girl emerge from the cavern, bringing with them a newfound hope and determination to defeat the goblins once and for all.

Without giving away any spoilers, viewers can expect an action-packed episode full of surprises, as well as an emotionally impactful moment that showcases the human side of the stoic Goblin Slayer.
