Greatness Code is a new sports documentary series streaming on Apple TV+. In each episode, seven of the world's top athletes discuss one moment in their career that define their path to greatness. These moments are narrated by the athletes themselves and come with behind-the-scenes footage as well as a poetic interpretation of the events. Episode 4 features Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt.

Usain Bolt is widely considered the greatest sprinter of all time. He holds numerous world records, including the 100-meter dash (which he completed in 9.58 seconds) and the 200-meter dash (which he completed in 19.19 seconds). In this episode, Bolt discusses his record-breaking 100-meter race at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Bolt starts by explaining that he always knew he was fast. However, it wasn't until he started competing professionally that he realized how fast he really was. He describes the lead-up to the 2008 Olympics, where he was confident but also nervous, knowing the whole world was watching.

He then takes us through the race itself. Bolt describes hearing the starting gun and immediately taking off, feeling faster than he ever had before. He recalls the feeling of floating across the track and realizing that he had a chance to break the world record. Despite this realization, Bolt explains that he didn't feel any pressure or nerves, instead feeling a sense of calm and clarity.

As we watch footage of the race, Bolt continues to narrate his thoughts and emotions. He explains the importance of staying relaxed while sprinting and how he focused on his form and technique, rather than on his competitors or the time clock. He describes the feeling of crossing the finish line and looking up at the scoreboard, seeing the number '9.69' and realizing that he had, in fact, broken the world record.

Bolt goes on to explain that breaking the world record was his ultimate goal going into the race. However, he also talks about how his performance meant more than just a number. He describes the pride he felt in representing Jamaica and in being an inspiration to kids all around the world. He also talks about how his performance helped him to realize that he could be even better than he had previously thought.

Throughout the episode, we have access to footage of Bolt training, competing, and celebrating his victory. We see the moment when he sets his record, as well as the moment when he stands on the podium and receives his gold medal. We also see Bolt interacting with fans and spending time with his family and friends.

Overall, the episode gives viewers an intimate look into Bolt's mindset and emotions during one of the most iconic moments of his career. Through his narration and the accompanying footage, we are able to see the dedication, determination, and joy that drove Bolt to greatness.
