Eat. Race. Win Full Episode Guide

  • As the riders climb their way through the brutal mountain stages, Hannah and her crew source vegetables at a biodynamic farm for nutrient dense produce, that is optimal for performance food. As Orica-Scott's road captain Matthew Hayman starts to feel the strain of being a Domestique, support for the white jersey stumbles, and rivals close in on the team's lead.

  • Halfway through the tour, team Orica-Scott heads into the mountains. However, they're off to a rocky start when the riders get knocked around by wind and multiple crashes. Meanwhile, Hannah sets out to source farm-raised poultry for a delicious celebratory dinner. On Bastille Day, team leader Simon Yates puts on a road-pounding performance, and Hannah's crew serves a steak feast from Pyrenees raised beef.

  • Hannah and her crew source from markets in the Medieval town of Troyes, France, and a nearby dairy farm to create a spectacular feast for the weary riders. She incorporates classic French cuisine into a barbeque fit for an Aussie. Brutal crashes take out key contenders from across the peloton yet Orica-Scott must fight to hold onto their gains as race fatigue threatens their standing on the leaderboard.

  • In quick succession, Orica-Scott must endure two major blows to their chances at the podium and a tragic death in the team family. The team's strategy is challenged in every way, forcing Sports Director Matthew White to evolve or fail in his goals. Hannah sources berries raised with exquisite tenderness and finds lamb from a local farmer to cook a meal that will both fuel victory and raise morale at a moment when the future looks bleak. The entire team learns that winning comes to those who adapt and fight on.

  • During the super-charged two days before the start of the Tour de France, Hannah preps her crew of chefs for the battle ahead. Meanwhile, Orica-Scott's Sports Director Matthew White preps his riders for their hardest race of the year. For the first time in three decades, a German city (Düsseldorf) is the host to the Grand Depart and the riders face a dangerous challenge when rain soaks the fast time trial course.
