Hannah Montana season 1 episode 23 is called "Schooly Bully". The episode follows Miley Stewart, who is adjusting to her double life as a high school student and a pop star, as she faces a common problem: bullying. Miley and her best friend Lilly Truscott are placed in a new literature class with a strict and unfair teacher, Mr. Corelli. He assigns the class an essay on the topic of perseverance and then leaves the room.

While Miley and Lilly work on their essays, a popular girl named Amber Addison and her posse enter the room. Amber snatches Miley's essay and throws it across the room, dismissing Miley and Lilly as losers. Amber is aware that Miley leads a double life as Hannah Montana, which attracts many fans and supporters. Amber despises Miley's popularity and consequent attention from other students.

Miley and Lilly are irritated but choose not to react to Amber's behavior. However, when they realize the Amber and her friends have ruined their essays in addition to throwing them out, they decide to take action. The next day, Miley and Lilly dress up in superhero costumes to play a prank on Amber and her friends. During class, Miley sneaks out of the room( pretending to be Hannah Montana going for her concert) and then re-enters the room as a superhero called "The Bluebird".

With a deep, masculine voice, Miley (disguised as the superhero) confronts Amber and her friends and demands they apologize to the class for their behavior. The plan works, and Amber apologizes. However, when Miley returns to her seat, Mr. Corelli enters the room and mistakes her for a male student. He sends her to the principal's office, where the principal informs Miley's father, Robby, that she may be expelled for impersonating a student.

Robby convinces Mr. Corelli that Miley was acting as a superhero to save the day and should not be punished. Mr. Corelli understands and instructs Miley to rewrite her essay on the topic of perseverance, using her superhero alter ego as an example of what it means to persevere. Miley writes a powerful essay about the struggles of being a high school student and a superstar. She concludes that her dual identity has taught her the value of being honest and true to oneself.

The episode ends with Miley being applauded by the class for her essay and receiving an A+. Meanwhile, Amber and her friends have learned their lesson and are impressed by Miley's bravery. The episode has a positive message about standing up to bullies and being true to oneself, making it a great watch for children and adults alike.
