- January 10, 2020
In the fourth season premiere of Harvey Girls Forever!, the Harvey Street girls find themselves faced with a new mission: to earn enough money to save their beloved Harvey Street from being turned into a parking lot.
The episode opens with Audrey, Lotta, and Dot gathering in their clubhouse to lament the news that Harvey Street is in danger. They're joined by their friend and fellow Harvey girl, Tiny, who suggests that they find a way to raise money to buy the street back from the developer who wants to destroy it.
The girls form a plan to sell lemonade, pies, and other homemade treats in front of their houses in order to earn the necessary funds. However, they quickly discover that their entrepreneurial efforts are easier said than done.
Audrey decides to combine her love of fashion with the fundraiser and creates a line of Harvey Street-themed t-shirts. However, her lack of experience in the fashion industry leads to some disastrous (and hilarious) results. Lotta sets up a haunted house in her backyard, but only succeeds in scaring away potential customers. Dot tries her hand at making pottery, but her creations leave a lot to be desired.
Despite their setbacks, the girls remain determined to save Harvey Street. They get some unexpected help from their nemesis, the Blockheads, who have also fallen in love with the street and want to do their part to save it.
As the girls and the Blockheads work together to sell their wares, they encounter a number of obstacles along the way. However, they learn that with hard work, determination, and a little creativity, anything is possible.
Get Rich or Cry Trying is a heartwarming story about the power of friendship and community. The Harvey Street girls and the Blockheads learn that despite their differences, they all share a love for their neighborhood and will do whatever it takes to protect it.
The episode is full of humor, adventure, and catchy musical numbers that are sure to delight viewers of all ages. Whether you're a longtime fan of the show or just discovering it for the first time, Get Rich or Cry Trying is an episode you won't want to miss.
