Sun practices her tae kwan do punches on a punching bag. Jup Jup lowers and raises the bag so Sun switches from punching to kicking and then to a combination. Charli tries some tai chi stretches (squat, hamstring and slide stretches). She also is a deep sea shrimp cleaner. She is busy cleaning the ocean floor.
