In season 7, episode 17 of How I Met Your Mother titled "No Pressure", the gang is still dealing with the fallout from Ted's breakup with Zoey. Robin tries to distract Ted by coming up with a list of things for him to do that will help him move on, but nothing seems to work.
Meanwhile, Marshall and Lily are trying to have a baby, but keep getting interrupted by their friends. When they finally have a quiet moment alone, Lily realizes that she is feeling pressured to have a baby because of her age, and she's not sure if she's ready.
Elsewhere, Barney is upset because he believes that Ted is still in love with Robin. He confronts Ted about it, but Ted denies having any feelings for her. However, when Ted realizes that he hasn't let go of Robin, he decides to tell her how he feels.
The episode takes place over the course of one evening as the characters interact with each other and deal with their individual issues. The tension builds as Ted struggles with his emotions and Lily and Marshall face their own uncertainties about starting a family.
As the episode comes to a close, Ted finally confesses his love to Robin in a heartfelt speech, only to be interrupted by a phone call from Victoria, the girl he left at the altar years earlier. Victoria tells Ted that she's moving to New York and wants to see him. The episode ends with Ted staring at his phone, unsure of what to do next.
