Ep 22. The End of the Aisle

Ted's wedding day is finally here and everyone is buzzing with excitement. Lily and Marshall have decided to have a baby number three and are ecstatic about the news. Robin is nervous and hesitant about saying her vows to Barney because she has been keeping a secret and isn't sure if she's ready to share it with him yet.

Meanwhile, Barney is having cold feet, something that seems to be affecting almost every groom moments before they tie the knot. His father had walked out on him when he was just a little boy and he's not sure he's ready to take the leap into marriage and risk doing the same to someone else.

But as the gang helps each other prepare for the big day, they all come to realize that they are exactly where they are meant to be in their lives and that nothing is more important than being surrounded by the people they love most.

As the wedding ceremony draws near, the two couples reminisce about their own love stories, with Barney and Robin fondly remembering their first kiss and Ted remembering his time spent with the mother of his children.

But when the moment arrives for Robin to say her vows, everything changes. She finally shares the secret she's been keeping, and it's not only a shock to Barney, but to the rest of the gang as well. With emotions running high, it's unclear whether or not the wedding will go on as planned.

As the episode wraps up, we see the characters grappling with these newfound revelations, and wondering whether or not they can still move forward with their plans. Ultimately, though, they all come to find that their love for one another is stronger than ever, and that even when things get tough, they have each other to lean on.
