In season 1 episode 3 of Incorporated, titled "Human Resources," we continue to follow the story of Ben Larson, a high-level executive at the powerful corporation Spiga Biotech. Ben is faced with a difficult decision when his boss, Julian, asks him to get rid of a particular employee - Roger Caplan - who is causing problems for the company. Roger knows too much about Spiga's business practices and could potentially ruin everything they've worked for.

Meanwhile, we get a glimpse into the life of Laura Larson, Ben's wife. Laura is secretly part of a resistance group called Inazagi, which opposes the corporate control over society. She attends a meeting with the rest of the group to discuss their plans for sabotaging Spiga. However, things don't go as smoothly as planned and Laura finds herself in a dangerous situation.

Back at Spiga, Ben reluctantly agrees to Julian's request to fire Roger. However, when he meets with Roger to do so, he begins to have doubts about whether it's the right thing to do. Roger is a father and husband who has been with the company for years, and firing him would cause immense financial and emotional distress for his family. Ben starts to question the moral implications of his position at Spiga, and whether he should be using his power for more than just furthering the corporation's interests.

Meanwhile, Laura continues to navigate the complexities of being part of Inazagi. She is tasked with getting close to a high-ranking Spiga executive named Elizabeth, in order to gain access to confidential information. Laura struggles with the idea of being deceitful and manipulative, but ultimately decides to do whatever it takes to help her cause.

As the episode progresses, tensions rise both within Spiga and within Inazagi. Ben's decision to go against Julian's wishes and spare Roger's job puts him at odds with his boss, while Laura realizes that getting close to Elizabeth may be more challenging than she thought. The episode ends on a cliffhanger, leaving us eager to see how the various plotlines will continue to intersect and develop in the future.

Overall, "Human Resources" is a tense and thought-provoking episode that delves deeper into the moral implications of corporate control and individual agency. The characters are complex and multi-dimensional, and the plot twists keep us on the edge of our seats. It's a great installment in a series that promises to keep us guessing until the very end.
