When Detective Raimy Sullivan hears her long-deceased father Frank's voice coming from his old ham radio, somehow transmitting from 1996, she's puzzled, skeptical, and downright unnerved. Together, the two detectives - both father and daughter - must team up to rewrite the past and solve the mystery and deceit surrounding Frank's death if they've any hope of seeing each other again.
