As requested by client, I will provide a description for the show Kaboul Kitchen (English subtitled) season 1 episode 6 for the episode named Vice and Verses (English subtitled).

In this episode of Kaboul Kitchen (English subtitled), we see the return of Michel, the corrupt French ambassador who previously caused problems for the restaurant and its staff. Michel has a new business endeavor which he is keen to get the restaurant involved in - he has secured a contract to provide catering services to the Afghan military.

As the restaurant staff prepares for their new venture, they are introduced to the different factions that make up the Afghan military. The tension between these groups is palpable, and it becomes clear that their deep-rooted differences are going to be detrimental to the business arrangement.

Meanwhile, Sophie (the daughter of the restaurant's owner) continues with her journalistic pursuits and is investigating an underground poetry scene that exists despite the censorship imposed by the Taliban. She meets one of the poets, who is a former doctor and has lost everything to the war. Sophie is touched by his story and offers to help him in any way she can.

As Sophie delves deeper into the poetry scene, she discovers that it is controlled by none other than Michel. In exchange for his support, he demands that the poets only write about topics that are favorable to France. Sophie is appalled by his manipulation and begins to question her own motives for pursuing a career in journalism.

Elsewhere in the episode, we see the return of Jacky, the French chef who was deported for his illegal activities. He is desperate to come back to Kaboul Kitchen, but his return is met with suspicion from the other staff members. They are unsure if they can trust him, and tensions rise as Jacky tries to prove his loyalty.

As the episode draws to a close, we see the restaurant staff struggling to make the catering contract work. The divisions within the Afghan military prove too difficult to navigate, and it seems as though the contract will fall through. However, a chance encounter with a Syrian diplomat may provide them with the opportunity they need to save the deal.

Overall, this episode of Kaboul Kitchen (English subtitled) is filled with drama and tension. The themes of trust, loyalty, and morality are explored through the different storylines, culminating in a cliffhanger ending that will leave viewers eager to see what happens next.
