Ep 9. Girl-Watchers

When Rigby finally arrives, he opens the door and the boys rush out to make up for lost time. They head straight to the beach where they find that their girl-watching dreams have already come true. Kenan and Kel are happy to be out of the basement but realize that they didn't need to stay trapped to appreciate the good things in life.
