Bobby Goes Nuts is the premiere episode of the sixth season of King of the Hill that first aired on Fox in 2001. The episode centers around Bobby, the only son of the Hill family, as he struggles with his identity and his place in the world.

Bobby is now in the sixth grade and facing a difficult time in his life. His voice is changing, he's growing hair where he's never had it before, and he's starting to feel the pressures of masculinity. He tries to hang out with his old friends, but they seem to have moved on to other things. He's confused and disheartened, and he's not sure where to turn.

One day, while wandering around the mall, Bobby comes across a group of kids who are playing a game called "Nut Siege." The object of the game is to hit other kids in the testicles with dodgeballs. Bobby is fascinated by the game and decides to join in. He's surprisingly good at it, and he finds that it gives him a sense of power and control that he's been missing.

The problem is, "Nut Siege" is a dangerous and painful game, and it's causing a lot of injuries. Bobby's parents, Hank and Peggy, are horrified when they find out what he's been doing, and they forbid him from playing the game. Bobby is furious and feels like they don't understand him or what he's going through.

Meanwhile, Hank is dealing with his own issues at work. He's the assistant manager of Strickland Propane, and he's been feeling unfulfilled and unappreciated in his job. He feels like he's stuck in a rut and that he'll never be able to achieve his dreams. He starts to envy his boss Buck Strickland, who seems to have everything Hank wants.

As the episode progresses, Hank and Bobby's stories start to overlap. Both of them are struggling to define themselves and figure out who they are. Bobby wants to be accepted by his peers and feel like he's part of something, while Hank wants to be successful and respected.

In the end, both Hank and Bobby learn important lessons about themselves and their relationships with others. Hank realizes that he doesn't need to be like Buck to be happy, and that he's already accomplished a lot in his life. Bobby realizes that he doesn't need to play dangerous games to feel good about himself, and that he's loved and accepted by his family no matter what.

King of the Hill was known for its nuanced and realistic portrayal of middle-class life in America, and Bobby Goes Nuts is a great example of that. The episode deals with issues of masculinity, identity, and conformity in a thoughtful and honest way, and it's a great start to the show's sixth season.
