Ep 19. Sug Night

Hank, Dale, and Bill are in the alley behind Tom Hammond's sugar refinery enjoying some of his delicious, freshly-made sugar when they are suddenly attacked by a group of teenage boys. The boys mistake them for drug dealers due to their suspicious-looking behavior, and Hank and his friends are left battered and bruised.

Dale decides to take the matter into his own hands and starts a neighborhood watch, enlisting Hank and Bill as his assistants. The trio is determined to put an end to the muggings that have been occurring in the area, but their efforts are met with skepticism and ridicule from their fellow residents.

Meanwhile, Bobby is struggling with a school project that requires him to write a poem, and he turns to Peggy for help. Peggy becomes obsessed with helping Bobby write the perfect poem, but her efforts only serve to confuse and frustrate him.

As the neighborhood watch continues their patrols, they encounter various bizarre and humorous situations, including a group of senior citizens engaging in a game of street hockey and a man who is convinced that his missing cat has been kidnapped by aliens. However, the boys responsible for the attacks remain elusive.

Finally, Dale comes up with a plan to lure the boys out of hiding by baiting them with a bag of sugar. The plan works, and the boys are caught and turned over to the police. The neighborhood watch is hailed as heroes, and Bobby's poem, inspired by his experiences on patrol with Hank and his friends, is a hit with his classmates.
