Hank is thrilled when his company is enlisted to provide the grills for the upcoming Texas State Fair. However, things quickly go awry when he discovers that the fair's organizers plan to use a new type of grill that will cook the food in half the time. Not only is the new grill cheaper and more efficient, but it's also environmentally friendly, leaving Hank feeling obsolete and irrelevant. Meanwhile, Peggy enlists Luanne's help in landing a job as a saleswoman at the local Mega Lo Mart. Despite her lack of experience, Peggy manages to impress the store manager with her extensive knowledge of propane and propane accessories. However, her excitement is short-lived when she realizes that the job may not be as fulfilling as she'd hoped. As Hank struggles to come to terms with his changing industry, Peggy faces her own career crisis, forcing the couple to reevaluate their priorities and find new ways to support each other.
