Ep 14. Flipped

Flipped is the 14th episode of the sixth season of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. This episode starts with the murder of a real estate agent. The victim is found in one of her listings by a couple who were on their house-hunting mission. The initial investigation suggests that the motive behind her murder could be that she stumbled upon some illegal activity that was taking place in one of the properties she was selling.

The detectives find out that Daniels also had a criminal record, which included charges of assault and battery. However, upon further investigation, the detectives find out that Daniels has an alibi for the night of the murder and that he was not in the same area where the victim was killed.

As the investigation progresses, Goren and Eames start to suspect that the victim's business partner, Henderson, might be involved in the murder. They discover that the victim and Henderson had been having disagreements about the quality of the workmanship in their renovated properties. The detectives also find out that Henderson had been lying about his alibi and that he was, in fact, in the area of the crime on the night of the murder. When confronted, Henderson admits to being present at the scene of the crime but denies having any involvement in the murder.

The investigation takes a turn when the detectives come across a lead that suggests that the victim had been involved with a man who was in prison. The detectives suspect that the developer might have had a motive to commit the murder and that he had used the victim's flipping business to launder money. The investigation takes an unexpected turn when the detectives discover that the victim might have been blackmailing the developer. This leads to a thrilling conclusion as the detectives finally unveil the truth behind the murder.
