Legit is an American sitcom television series that falls into the genre of comedy. Legit also star's many well known actor's and actresses such as Jim Jefferies, DJ Qualls, Dan Bakkedahl, Mindy Sterling, Sonya Eddy, Julie Dave, Nick Daley, Ginger Gonzaga, Maria Olsen, Sherman Augustus, James Black, and Lizz Carter. This television series primarily airs on the FX channel, and it has an approximate running time of around 30 minutes long per episode. This television series is mainly focused around a man by the name of Jim. Jim is deeply into doing drugs and drinking all the time, and he is a failed stand up comedian. Jim has made his share of mistakes in life, but he has decided to straighten his life out and become a legitimate person in society. He seeks encouragement from his best friend Steve, and Steve's brother Billy. However, his quests end up turning into undesirable messes. In the beginning of the Legit series, Jim decides to sneek Steve's brother Billy out of the nursing home that his is in, with the help of Steve of course. Billy is in a nursing home because he is paralyzed and has Muscular Dystrophy. During the process of breaking Billy out of the nursing home, he accidentally takes Billy's roommate Rodney. Rodney is a mentally challenged man who thinks that he is the famous Donald Trumph, and he keeps yelling, Your Fired! To Steve and Jim. Afterwards, more unexpected events begin to happen to these young men as they continue to try and improve Jims life.
