Little Britain is a British sketch comedy show that first aired in 2003. It was created by comedians David Walliams and Matt Lucas, who also star in the show. The series is known for its outrageous and sometimes controversial content, and its use of recurring characters and catchphrases.

Episode 3 of season 1, entitled "Little Britain Episode #1.3," is a continuation of the series' format of short sketches featuring a range of characters. The episode opens with a sketch featuring the show's most iconic characters, the overweight and lustful teenager, Vicky Pollard. In this sketch, Vicky is being interviewed by a social worker after being caught shoplifting. Her inability to take anything seriously and her constant swearing and inappropriate behavior make for a hilarious scene.

The next sketch features a character called Anne, who is a mentally disabled woman trying to do her shopping at a supermarket. Anne's speech impediment and unusual behavior lead to some awkward encounters with other shoppers and the staff. Her patience is tested when she finds out her favorite pudding is out of stock, and she throws a tantrum that leaves everyone around her stunned.

Another standout sketch in this episode features a character called Emily Howard, who is a man dressed as a woman. Emily is desperately trying to be accepted as a lady, but her coarse manners and appalling behavior make it difficult for anyone to take her seriously. In this sketch, Emily is at a beauty salon getting a makeover, but she ends up causing chaos when she impolitely refuses the services of a male beautician. Emily's insistence on presenting as a woman despite her masculinity is a recurring theme throughout the series.

The episode also introduces the character of Harvey Pincher, a sleazy and unscrupulous businessman who will do just about anything to make a profit. One sketch sees Harvey trying to sell a house to an elderly couple who can barely afford it, using all sorts of underhanded tactics to convince them to part with their life savings. In another sketch, Harvey is introduced to a group of young people who are looking for someone to invest in their dubious start-up idea. Harvey doesn't hesitate to exploit their naivety for his own gain.

The final sketch of the episode features a character called Marjorie Dawes, who is a leader of a slimming club. Marjorie is unbearably smug and condescending, and her treatment of her members is often cruel and humiliating. In this sketch, Marjorie is teaching an aerobics class, but she is more interested in belittling and insulting her members than in helping them lose weight.

Overall, episode 3 of Little Britain is a hilarious showcase for the show's unique brand of humor. The episode features some of the series' most memorable characters and sketches, and it is sure to leave viewers laughing and wanting more.
