"I'm Getting In on This, Too x Whoa! Forbidden Love?!" is the first episode of the anime Love Tyrant, also known as Renai Boukun. The series follows the story of a high school student named Seiji Aino who is suddenly targeted by a cupid named Guri. After finding out that Seiji has never been in a romantic relationship, Guri decides to help him find true love by giving him a "Kiss Note." This magical notebook has the power to make anyone fall in love with the person whose name is written in it.
At the beginning of the episode, we are introduced to Seiji's ordinary life, which is interrupted when Guri appears in front of him. The cupid explains her mission to help Seiji find love and gives him the Kiss Note. At first, Seiji is skeptical and doesn't believe in the power of the notebook. However, Guri convinces him to give it a try and write down the name of the girl he has a crush on.
Things take a wild turn when Seiji mistakenly writes the name of Akane Hiyama, who happens to be the school's most popular girl and also known as the "Schoolyard Tyrant." Akane finds out about the note, but to Seiji's surprise, she doesn't become infatuated with him like everyone else who's written in the Kiss Note.
As Seiji tries to figure out what went wrong, he discovers that Akane is a Kiss Note owner herself and that her notebook has the power to kill anyone whose name is written in it. This revelation puts Seiji's life in danger, and he must find a way to convince Akane to spare him and undo the effects of the Kiss Note.
Throughout the episode, we are introduced to other characters, including Guri's fellow cupids and Akane's younger sister Yuzu. We also get to see the dynamics between Seiji and Akane, who have to pretend to be a couple to avoid suspicion from their classmates.
