Ep 1. Hero or Mob

The first task of Unit One is to rid the city of a powerful Foreigner that is causing chaos throughout the streets. As they track down the Foreigner, they come across a young girl named Tamaki. Tamaki claims to have no memory of her past and is unable to control her powers, making her a potential liability in the fight against the Foreigner. Despite this, Yoshichika sees something in Tamaki and insists that she be brought along on their mission.

As they engage in battle with the Foreigner, Yoshichika and the other members of Unit One are quickly overwhelmed. However, Tamaki's unique power proves to be the key to defeating the Foreigner and saving the city. As the battle comes to an end, Tamaki gains a new sense of purpose and decides to join ALCA, determined to hone her powers and fight alongside Yoshichika and the others.

The episode ends with Yoshichika and Tamaki joining the rest of Unit One at ALCA headquarters. They are praised for their bravery, but also given a stern warning about the dangers they will face in their line of work.
