As the night goes on, Malcolm begins to feel guilty about their situation and feels like a failure. Eddie tries to cheer him up by reminding him that they are doing their best and will eventually find a way out of their predicament.
Eventually, Malcolm's luck turns around when he stumbles upon a wealthy businessman who offers him a job on the spot. With a new job and a fresh paycheck, Malcolm and Eddie are finally able to afford a new apartment and leave their homelessness behind.
In the end, Malcolm and Eddie learn a valuable lesson about the importance of perseverance and teamwork. They realize that even in the toughest times, they have each other and can overcome any obstacle together.
