Man v. Food with Adam Richman Season 2 Episode 16 Little Rock

In season 2 episode 16 of Man v. Food with Adam Richman, the host travels to Little Rock, Arkansas, to take on some of the city's most challenging food feats.

Adam's first mission takes him to Cotham's Mercantile, a historic general store that is now known for its famous hubcap burgers. These massive burgers are so big that they hang off the sides of the plate, and Adam struggles to even wrap his mouth around one bite. But he soldiers on, determined to finish the entire burger.

Next up, Adam visits The Faded Rose, a family-owned restaurant that has been serving up Southern-style cuisine for over 30 years. Here, he faces off against the restaurant's famous "Shrimp and Grits" dish, which includes a heaping mound of creamy grits topped with sautéed shrimp, mushrooms, and a rich butter sauce. Adam is blown away by the flavor explosion in his mouth and nearly licks the bowl clean.

After devouring some of Little Rock's most iconic dishes, Adam heads to the Pulaski County Fair to try his hand at the ultimate fair food challenge. The challenge involves consuming a "tornado potato," which is a spiral-cut potato that has been deep-fried and seasoned with various spices. Not only does Adam have to eat the entire potato, but he also has to finish it within 60 seconds to win the challenge. With the crowd cheering him on, Adam takes on the challenge and tries to beat the clock.

Finally, Adam visits Franke's Cafeteria, a Little Rock institution that has been serving up classic Southern dishes since 1919. Here, Adam tries the restaurant's famous "Chocolate Eruption" dessert, which is a massive slice of chocolate cake topped with a mountain of whipped cream. Adam is in food heaven as he digs into the decadent cake, savoring every last bite.

Throughout the episode, Adam also takes the time to explore some of the historical and cultural landmarks of Little Rock, including the Clinton Presidential Center and the Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site. As always, Adam's love of food and adventure shines through as he samples the best of what Little Rock has to offer.
