Marriage, Not Dating Season 1 Episode 5 What I Can Only Tell You

Joo Jang-mi takes the chance to confess her true feelings to Gong Ki-tae, but things don't go as planned. When Ki-tae almost gets into an accident, his mother rushes to the scene and sees her son with Jang-mi, mistaking her for his girlfriend. She demands an explanation, and Jang-mi, thinking on her feet, lies and says that she and Ki-tae are indeed dating. Ki-tae's mother accepts the relationship and invites Jang-mi over to dinner to celebrate. Ki-tae, however, is not pleased and decides to take matters into his own hands. Meanwhile, Han Yeo-reum and Kang Se-ah's relationship hits a rough patch when Se-ah finds out that Yeo-reum has a past with Jang-mi. Yeo-reum struggles to convince Se-ah that his feelings for her are genuine, causing her to doubt their relationship. As the dinner with Ki-tae's mother approaches, Jang-mi and Ki-tae must navigate their fake relationship without getting caught, while Yeo-reum and Se-ah try to patch things up. Will their plans work out, or will the truth ultimately come out?
