Ep 17. End Run

However, the victory is bittersweet, and the episode ends on a note of caution. The medical staff at the 4077th is acutely aware of the fact that the game was just a temporary reprieve from the horrors of war. For them, the real game is life and death, and every day is a struggle to save as many lives as possible.
