Ep 16. Patient 4077

Hawkeye and B.J. are caring for a patient who insists on leaving, but his crucial, yet undiagnosed, medical condition makes his stay at the 4077 imperative. Despite their best efforts, the patient continuously tries to escape and find an alternative route home. As they focus on treating Patient 4077, the medical team also deals with a shortage of medical supplies and gets creative in finding ways to reuse items. Meanwhile, Charles is struggling with an ethical dilemma when he is asked to write a glowing letter of recommendation for a nurse who he believes to be poorly trained. As tensions rise in the camp, the medical team must come together to treat their patients and support each other.
