Masterpiece Season 38 Episode 33 Inspector Lewis: Life Born of Fire

Will McEwan is a young man who commits suicide in a church witnessed by a stunned vicar, Rev. King. The man left behind symbolic religious notes along with a leaflet about a religious group "The Garden." Lewis and Hathaway start the investigation when Hathaway runs out after realizing he knew the victim when they were young. Rev. King is next to be murdered, and further investigating uncovers that he was a founding member of "The Garden" but had a fallout with the others. Later, more members of "The Garden" are murdered, each by a use of fire. The case thickens after Will's personal life is explored.
