Minute to Win It is an American game show that first premiered on NBC on March 14, 2010. The show is based on the original format of the same name from the Philippines. It is currently in its second season and has had a total of 135 episodes across both seasons. The show is hosted by comedian and actor, Guy Fieri.

Episode 19 of season 1 is titled "Double Trouble". In this episode, contestants are paired up in teams of two to complete a series of ten challenges within a minute. The episode begins with a game called "Double Dippers" where the first contestant must dip their fingers in a bowl of honey and transfer as much of it as possible to their partner's head, who must then dip their head in a bowl of peanuts and try to get as many to stick as possible. The remaining challenges include games such as "Egg Roll", "Office Tennis", and "Defying Gravity".

In "Egg Roll", contestants must use their nose to push an egg across the floor and into a designated zone. "Office Tennis" requires the players to bounce a ball off the wall and into a trash can, using only a clipboard as a paddle. "Defying Gravity" challenges the teams to keep three balloons in the air for a minute, using only their breath to keep them afloat.

As the teams progress through the challenges, the difficulty of the games increases. In "Hanky Panky", players must use only one hand to pull tissues from a box while wearing oven mitts on the other hand. "Face the Cookie" requires contestants to move a cookie from their forehead to their mouth using only facial muscles. "Stack Attack" challenges the players to stack six apples on top of each other in a pyramid shape using only one hand.

The final two challenges are the most difficult and require the most focus and precision. "Bite Me" challenges the players to hold onto a fork with their teeth and use it to stack six dominoes on top of each other without using their hands or dropping any of the dominoes. The ninth game is "Caddy Stack" where players must stack three golf balls on top of a pedestal using only one hand.

The final challenge is "Junk in the Trunk", where contestants must wear a small box on their back that's filled with eight ping pong balls. They must jump around to shake the balls out of the box without using their hands and catch them in a nearby bowl. If they can catch all eight balls within a minute, they win the grand prize of $250,000.

Throughout the episode, the contestants exhibit a combination of skill, strategy, and luck as they work their way through each challenge. The show is fast-paced and exciting, with the clock ticking down on each game and tensions rising as the players come close to running out of time. Guy Fieri adds to the energy of the show with his enthusiasm and humor, often cheering on the players and cracking jokes to lighten the mood.

Overall, "Double Trouble" is a thrilling episode that showcases the best of Minute to Win It's competitive and entertaining format. The challenges are creative and engaging, and the teamwork aspect adds an extra layer of excitement to the show. Fans of the series will not be disappointed with this episode's high-stakes gameplay and thrilling conclusion.
