Young Turtle comes into Mr. Monkey's garage with a bicycle that's too tipsy and wobbly. He keeps falling off and it's just so hard to get up! Mr. Monkey does his typical vehicle testing but finds the bike to be in tiptop shape. Maybe the problem doesn't have to do with the bike, but with the rider?
