In Mr. Peabody & Sherman season 1 episode 2, titled "Episode 2," audiences are introduced to another exciting adventure in the world of time travel with Mr. Peabody and his young friend Sherman. This episode begins in ancient Greece, where we find the duo attending the first-ever Olympics. The pair meets a young girl named Pythia, who is preparing for the games. She is facing a terrible problem, as she cannot seem to find her good luck charm which she believes is essential for her to win in the competition.

Mr. Peabody and Sherman offer to help Pythia find the missing charm, and they begin their search in the marketplace. After a few struggles and adventures along the way, they eventually find the lost charm in an unusual place. With the help of Mr. Peabody's time machine, they travel back to the Olympic stadium to return the lucky charm to Pythia.

As they reach their destination, they soon realize that something terrible has happened. The stadium is empty, even though the Olympics are supposed to occur that very day. Furthermore, the only person present is a sinister-looking character who appears to have been stalking them in their previous search for the charm. This character reveals himself to be none other than Hades, the Greek God of the Underworld. He announces to Mr. Peabody and Sherman that he has stolen all of the athletes' good luck charms and intends to keep them in the underworld, thereby ensuring that the games will be disastrous for everyone involved.

Mr. Peabody and Sherman are undeterred by this daunting challenge, and they embark on a mission to retrieve the stolen good luck charms from Hades. On their journey through the underworld, they encounter a host of mythical creatures, including Cerberus, a three-headed dog guarding the entrance to Hades's domain. The duo finally succeeds in confronting Hades, and with some quick-wittedness and bravery, they manage to outsmart him and return the stolen charms to the rightful owners. With the good luck charms returned, the Olympic games proceed as scheduled, and Pythia emerges victorious in her event, thanks to the help of Mr. Peabody and Sherman.
