My Little Pony: Equestria Girls Season 1 Episode 1 Dance Magic

When Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Applejack are told that their school will no longer be able to compete in the prestigious Canterlot High School's annual 'Friendship Games' they are devastated. But there's a new kid in town, and Sunset Shimmer has a plan. The talented trio from Crystal Prep Academy, who have won the Friendship Games every year since anyone can remember, have been working on a new dance step, and the school that performs it best gets to compete in the games. Sunset Shimmer has a way with words, and before they know it, the girls from Canterlot High are convinced that they can take on the formidable Crystal Prep Academy. But with only a week to prepare, the six girls are going to need all the help they can get. Lucky for them, the local costume shop owner, Rarity, has a few tricks up her sleeve, and after a little fabric shopping, they set out to dance their way into the games. Despite setbacks and struggles, the girls pull together and create a show-stopping dance performance that they hope will take them to the top.
