Ep 3. The Space In Between

After the tragic events at the end of the previous episode, the residents of Tree Hill are struggling to move forward. Nathan is trapped in a coma, and his loved ones are doing everything they can to support him and keep his spirits up. Meanwhile, Brooke is preparing to open a new store, but finds herself dealing with some unexpected challenges.

As the episode begins, we see Nathan still in a coma, with Haley at his side. She's talking to him, telling him about his family and all the people who love him, hoping that he can hear her and be encouraged to fight. But outside the hospital, things are not looking good.
