Ep 3. No Man's Land

"No Man's Land," the third episode of season 1 of Pacific Blue, follows the members of the Santa Monica Police Department as they attempt to solve a string of thefts on the beach. As the officers search for clues, they discover that the crimes are the doing of a group of homeless men living in a nearby encampment referred to as "No Man's Land."

Led by Officer T.C. Callaway (played by Jim Davidson), the team begins by questioning locals and gathering information about the stolen items. As the investigation continues, Officer Bobby Cruz (played by Mario Lopez) finds himself in a difficult position when he discovers that his estranged father, a homeless man, is living in the camp. Bobby must balance his own personal issues with his duty as a police officer.

The episode culminates in a tense standoff between the police and the homeless community, as the officers attempt to apprehend the thieves and diffuse the situation. Through communication and understanding, the two groups are able to reach a resolution and bring the culprits to justice.
